Returns to Muslimah are free and simple to make. If you need to send an item back, simply register your return with us by sending email to: muslimaah.de@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and with your order number.

Items should be sent back in the original, unused condition, with it is packaging case. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Note: Selected items from our sale are not eligible for return.

 

Exchange

For hygiene reasons, exchange is only offered if you recieve a wrong hijab other than the one you ordererd or one that has a defect.

Please call or message us at +491707861363 within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If the new product you want is out of stock then you will receive store credit.

If you don't notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order or product has been used or tags have been removed, then Muslimah.de will not be able to exchange your order.
